We accept payment by cash (in-store only), debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers. For trade accounts, payment terms will be specified in separate agreements.

5.4 Payment Security

5.5 Reservation of Goods

Goods may be reserved with a non-refundable deposit, with the balance due before collection or delivery. Items are held for a maximum of 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

We offer delivery services for an additional charge, which will be quoted separately based on location, size, and weight of goods.

6.2 Delivery Times

Any delivery dates or times given are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence for delivery.

If you fail to take delivery of the goods or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions, we may store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable storage and insurance costs.

6.4 Inspection on Delivery

You must inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any damage or discrepancy.

6.5 Risk Transfer

Risk in the goods passes to you on completion of delivery or upon collection of the goods from our premises.

Due to the nature of reclaimed materials, we strongly advise customers to inspect goods thoroughly before purchase.

7.2 Returns Policy

We accept returns of unused goods within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as when sold. Custom-cut items, special orders, and items specifically sourced for customers cannot be returned unless faulty.

7.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for purchase.

7.4 Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to returns that are not due to our error.

 

8. Warranties and Liability

8.1 Product Quality

We make every effort to ensure that reclaimed materials are of satisfactory quality, but due to their nature, we cannot guarantee that they are free from defects.

8.2 No Fitness for Purpose Warranty

Due to the nature of reclaimed materials, no warranty is given that any goods are fit for any particular purpose, and any implied warranty or condition is excluded except to the extent that exclusion is prevented by law.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill.
